It has been long discussed what are important family traditions for everyone. Some people may think that family traditions is insignificant, or they do not have any traditions. However, I think that family traditions are essential for me, and my family tradition is the family gathering in the last weekend of every month.

First of all, the family gathering can improve my family relationship to be better. For example, my family members work in different countries, so we are really difficult to meet each other. Thanks to the family gathering, we share emotions that are either glad or sorrowful. I regain energy from their accompany, and release pressure from their love, even if my family does not know how to encourage or comfort me sometimes. I believe that family members are the only persons in the world who will not betray me, and hence the routine family gathering maintains my family with a strong and intimate connection.

In addition, the orderly family reunion can provide me some advice, when I encounter the predicament in my career or social realm. Since my parents must have more experience than me, I can adjust myself from their wisdom so that I can handle my plight. For instance, once I had some misunderstanding with my college who was my best partner, and I do not comprehend if I need to explain for her. Fortunately, I conferred about the problem with my family, and they educated me how to explain directly. Moreover, they told me a true story that my mother lost the best friend because she did not interpret the misunderstanding immediately. From their experience, I can avoid the same mistake in my life.

To sum up, my family tradition is the family gathering in the last weekend of every month. It strengthens the bond of my family relationship, and deals with my life problems. To my way of thinking, the family gathering is a considerable tradition for me, and I hope that the tradition can last for a long time.
