Some people like to work for a company and enjoy a regular life as an office worker, while others prefer to start their own business and have a more flexible lifestyle. As far as I am concerned, I think that it  is  better for  people to be their own boss. The reasons are as follows.

First of all, people who start their own business tend to put the most efforts and have more passion on their work. It is hard to believe that people who do not enjoy their work have a fulfilled life. Take my cousin as an example. Before he started his own business as a website designer, he was an accountant. He did not like this job at all because he thought that those numbers bored him. Not until he started his own business to design websites for others did I see the shining in his eyes again. Now, I seldom hear him complaining about the work. Besides, he likes to share some designing ideas with me. Therefore, I think that it is better for people to start a business for themselves and dedicate the most to the things with their passion. 

In addition, some women are hard to find a balance between family and office work. Being a freelancer and starting one's own business may be a good career option. Before the birth of my aunt's second child, she worked as a secretary in a trading company. Since she needed to handle most of the meetings required by her boss, most of her time was occupied by the work. It did not change until she started her own business as an e-commerce vendor. After having her own business, she can manage her own schedule without any interruption from the boss or colleagues. Moreover, she can have more time to accompany her children. Hence, in my opinion, starting one's own business may be a good choice for those who want to give their lifestyle more flexibility.

All in all, I think that it is better for people to go into business for themselves. Although there will be more risk and responsibility compared with working for others, people having their own business can not only enjoy the work better but also have more control of their daily life.
